Now that I am way older and smarter, I found out that is a true story. It’s not that time goes by faster; I just can’t get as much done in an hour as I did when I was younger. I certainly can’t multi-task like I used to.

Among the salient features of the landscaping are Peggy Martin Roses climbing the trellis, Snapdragons, Viola Pansies, Blue Salvia and cone flowers in the beds. The manicured lawn includes Magnolia and Red Bud trees.

Please consider helping these youth with your donations. Those baked goods are always good. Once I have more information on the cost of the chicken spaghetti, I will let you know. Read moreThe annual fundraiser for Iola Volunteer Fire Department was held at Francines’s Country Pavillion March 8 and 9 with good attendance. A good time was had by all. I have no idea how much was raised but the money raised will help benefit the department. Thanks to all that assisted in any way. The weather was cold both days but is getting better.
