Keith Civic Club held their monthly meeting at Keith Community Center April 25 with a fair number of members and visitors in attendance. The covered dish meal was enjoyed by all. There was a good discussion about the garage sale that happened last weekend. There were all sorts of things sold. The money raised will help pay for civic club items. Thanks to all that helped in any way.

Read moreAround 79 people attended the food pantry at the Iola Missionary Baptist Church Fellowship Hall Saturday, April 20. The food distributed will feed around 252 people. There was all sort of good things offered including meat, vegetables, canned goods, milk, eggs, cheese and more. The pantry is open the third Saturday of the month from 9 to 11 a.m. The food is available for everyone. The pantry needs volunteers the day of and the day before around noon for setup. This time members of Enon Missionary Baptist Church and Iola Church of Christ volunteered. May God bless them all.
