After a series of workshops and public hearings, the Navasota City Council approved two items satisfying a majority of council and allowing Crosstrails Development, LLC, to move on with its 146lot Planned Unit Development (PUD). At the June 24 Regular Meeting, Crosstrails’ zoning amendment request passed unanimously while Navasota’s Chapter 380 Development Agreement with Crosstrails passed 3-2 with councilmen James Harris and Bernie Gessner voting nay.
