This past week was busy and hot. I missed all the Mother’s Day events but am happy my procedure is over for another two years. Paige drove me to the hospital. She told someone that her Gingi knows all the doctors at Scott & White. Well, not all of them, it just seemed that way to her.

Keith Civic Club will have their monthly meeting at Keith Community Center Thursday, May 22. The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. with a covered dish meal followed by the business meeting. All sorts of important business will be discussed and acted on. Come out and visit with your friends, family and neighbors. Hope to see you there.

Saturday was a good day. It began with the LWML rally in Anderson and ended with Chucky’s band banquet. The food they served was good. I’m glad Tanya could be there for Ethan and I could be there for Chucky. Hopefully we didn’t embarrass our grandsons too much!
