Saturday was not a good day. I passed out in the back of my car. Thankfully, I had friends nearby that took care of me. The ambulance was called and it all turned out okay. I was fussed at for lack of water intake, so I am steadily filling that huge Stanley cup!

There was certainly a good turnout for the Iola food pantry, Sept. 20. The pantry is open the third Saturday each month from 9–11 a.m. at the Iola Missionary Baptist Church fellowship hall.
