Navasota ZBOA appoints vice chair

Navasota Zoning Board of Adjustments officially filled the vice chairman position at the Nov. 20 meeting. The previous vice chairman resigned during early summer. Alan Phillips has been acting vice chair, but Navasota Developmental Services Director, Lupe Diosdado, said there was never an official vote. Phillips was not at the meeting,
