Keep Navasota Beautiful members and a few City of Navasota employees braved some cool morning temperatures and dewy ground Saturday, Nov. 9, for the annual Wildflower Seed Scattering. The site chosen this year was the corner of Spur 515 and S. LaSalle, across the street from the Carver School.

KNB chairman Brittany Bay began the sowing of seeds with a moment of silence and asked participants to focus on the purpose and expectations their seeds represent to them individually and call upon their higher power to bring the seeds to fruition.

Thanks to KNB, residents and passersby at this busy intersection can look forward to an array of beautiful Texas wildflowers come spring!
