A Charlie Brown Christmas

The Navasota Theatre Alliance (NTA) opens live on stage a holiday classic “A Charlie Brown Christmas” Dec. 5 through Dec. 15, at the theatre located in Navasota. T homas Muhn is the guest director for this holiday classic production.

The holidays can be overwhelming. Charlie Brown is particularly bothered by the materialism that drives the season. He embraces the opportunity to direct his school’s Christmas pageant in an effort to reclaim the meaning of the holiday. It is his friend, Linus, who reminds him of the true meaning of Christmas.

NTA’s 2019 season is sponsored by a leadership gift from Gary and Mavis Anderson. Presented by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc.

There will be ten performances opening Thursday, Dec. 5 (opening reception begins at 6:20pm) to Sunday Dec. 15. Thursdays through Sundays at 7 p.m., with matinees on Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m.
