Historical U.S. De claration of Independence reading

Several community members gathered on the steps of the historic Grimes County Courthouse Friday, July 1, for the annual statewide reading of the United States Declaration of Independence presented by the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Grimes County Defense Lawyer Brent Cahill spearheads the event each year.
