Shiro VFD hosts wildfire training

Courtesy photo: Shiro Volunteer Fire Department hosted a Wild Land Fire Observations and Origin Scene Protection for First Responders Saturday, Sept. 7. The eight-hour course taught about not contaminating the scene when responding to wildfires so that investigations conducted later aren't hindered. Training also taught on signs to look to identify possible arson.
