NHS Graduating Class of 2019

Examiner photos by Ana Cosino & Matthew Ybarra Not even a hot humid night in Texas could keep the community from packing out Rattler Stadium to see the class of 2019 receive their diplomas. Some graduates overcame tremendous odds and persevered through tough times that would make most falter. The humidity couldn’t mask the tears that rolled down the face of valedictorian Dakota McDaniel as she spoke about receiving the highest honor despite being dealt one of the toughest hands.
