Lady Rattlers trotting into Thanksgiving undefeated

AUSTIN – Navasota entered the Thanksgiving break with a 10-0 record and ranked 21^st in the TABC State Rankings in class 4A.

The Lady Rattlers traveled to Austin to take on the Northeast Early College Lady Raiders Tuesday morning, Nov. 22, and left with a 70-14 win. 

Senior post, Kylie Steptoe led the Lady Rattler charge with 12 points. Sophomore post, Tiara McCoy chipped in with 10. Bryanna Stokes dished out nine assists and Jalyn Williams grabbed nine rebounds.

The Lady Rattlers played at Giddings Tuesday, Nov. 29 (results were not available at press time). Navasota hosts the Lady Rattler Shoot Out Classic Thursday, Dec. 1-3 ( see full tournament schedule on this page).
