MARGIE HOUSE

Mrs. Margie House, 75, of Navasota, Texas, passed away Thursday, October 24, at her home. A celebration of her life will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, October 31, at New Hope Church in Navasota. Dr. Rev. Max Brand will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.

Margie was born August 3, 1944 in Uvalde, Texas to Andrew and Margie (Neill) Mist-hos. She married Robert House, and together they raised two children. Margie loved children, she welcomed and helped raise many that were not her own.

Many in this county can attest to the excellent cook that she was, as she owned and operated Margies Country Kitchen for several years. She enjoyed gardening and zipping around in her bright red Impala with white racing stripes. Margie will be best remembered for her heart of gold.

She is survived by her daughter, Sunshine House; son Anthony Williams; sister and brother-in-law Mandy and Winfield Fisk; brother and sister-in-law Steve and Susan Misthos and grandchildren Kaden, Cameron, Clause, Amy and Kyrie.

She was preceded in death by husband Robert House and daughter Andrea Lyles.
