GARY CRENSHAW
1947 – 2022
Gary Crenshaw, 74, of Anderson, passed away Wednesday, January 19, at HCA North Cypress Medical Center. Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 28, at Peach Creek Cemetery in the Peach Creek Community south of College Station. Pastor Henry Sanders will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Nobles Funeral Chapel.
Gary was born in Bryan, Texas October 16, 1947, to George Walter and Bess (Green) Crenshaw. He attended school in Bryan, Texas, and married Florence Lucille Molitor on January 23, 1973. Together they had two children. Gary worked as a mechanic, truck driver and heavy machine operator to support his family.
The love of Gary’s life were his grand and great grandchildren. He looked forward to their visits and loved spending time with them. Gary like to watch football, little league, and girls’ baseball as well as car races on TV. In the past there has been many trial rides, hunting, fishing, and camping trips taken. He loved the great outdoors. Gary was loved by many and will truly be missed.
Gary is survived by his loving wife Florence “Flo” Crenshaw; son and daughters-in-law, David and Jennifer Crenshaw and Shirley Melendez; brothers and sisters-in-law, Anthony and Reba Foursha, Teddy Glen and Pat Garrett, and Shirley Molitor; brothers-in-law Leon Kimich, Clifton Molitor and Jerry Molitor; grandchildren, Catherine Boutkan (Tulio) and Brittaney Spencer (Kilika); and great-grandchildren Adaline Boutkan, Anela Spencer and Kalahao Spencer.
Serving as pallbearers are Salvador Cervantes, Larry Gerke, Jason Abke, Kenneth Nobles, David Falkenbury and Marshall Schroeder.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son Ernest Vallance, brother Earl “Pickle” Crenshaw and sister Linda Kimich.
