Sippin’, shopping at Groovy Grapes Wine Walk

The third annual Groovy Grapes Wine Walk will be back in historic downtown Navasota from 2 to 6 p.m. Saturday, April 20. Wine walk guests will be invited to stroll through the various participating businesses and enjoy a wide variety of wines and snacks.

Check in is at the Navasota Visitor’s Center, where attendees will receive a commemorative wine glass, a wristband and a punch card to present at each location. Those who visit each designated location will be entered into a drawing for prizes donated by the local businesses.

Hosted by the Navasota Grimes County Chamber of Commerce, the Groovy Grapes Wine Walk features and promotes Texas wines with participation from many local wineries from across the region. Each participating business will offer snacks and appetizers that complement the wines, along with special shopping offers to run during the event. In addition to wine stops, there will be designated locations that will serve non-alcohol drinks. Area musicians will add to the ambience and provide a festive and fun atmosphere.
