Lil’ Rattler Academy hosts registration

Navasota’s Lil’ Rattler Academy is gearing up for its inaugural school year. The program is a daycare that serves Navasota Independent School District faculty and NISD students.

Lil’ Rattler Academy is for children age six weeks to four years. The projected start date is Monday, Aug. 5, and normal operating hours will be Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. The Academy plans to be open every day NISD regular staff are on duty.

Donna Mareth has been hired as the academy director and Felisa Randle as her assistant. The goal of the academy is to serve the staff and students of NISD by providing an affordable program that can cover its costs.

Price is broken down into three categories. The infant class for ages six weeks through crawlers is $525 per month; Toddler class for children age one and walking through two years old is $500 per month; The Pre-School class is for children age two through four and is $450 a month.

Registration is Wednesday July 31, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday Aug. 1, from 9 a.m. till 6:30 p.m. at the NELC Campus, 1605 Stacey Street in Navasota. For more information call 936-825-4220, or visit navasotaisd.org
