I am sure everyone remembers two incidents that happened in April. A liquified petroleum gas pipeline exploded in Wesley Oilfield near Brenham on April 8, 1992. The explosion shook the area as far away as Keith and beyond. I was still living at my parents’ home on CR 172 and I remember it well. The explosion killed one and injured 20. My first thought was that TMPA had blown up.
The second explosion was at a fertilizer plant April 18, 2013. There were 15 people killed in this incident including 12 first responders. This is just a little reminder of the lives that were lost, and properties destroyed.

During the lodge meeting, Larry Gene Smith, the District Deputy Grand Master of Masonic District 29-Aof the Grand Lodge of Texas.
