Don and I and his sister Denise and husband Joe Shead of Santa Fe attended the Aggie football game Saturday. We have two daughters that attended and graduated from Texas A&M and during those years we never attended a game. Watching the games on TV was so much easier and less stressful. They have been to a game before, but Don and I have not. We started the day visiting friends at their tailgate party, then watched the spirit walk before entering the stadium. The day was filled with Aggie traditions that you don’t get to see on TV. The spirit walk was amazing, but our favorite part was watching the performance at halftime of the Aggie precision marching band. That was an awesome experience that I will never forget. They are the best! The day was one for the memory book.
