I recently finished Season Four of the Netflix series, “The Crown.” Despite having a framed picture of Princess Diana on the opening day of Parliament in 1991 snapped by husband on a business trip to London, I’m not one of those folks fascinated with royalty. But I have to admit I’ve greatly enjoyed “The Crown,” so much so that I introduced my gentleman friend to the series and am watching it again with him. It’s amazing the details you miss the first time you watch a program and I have some thoughts about that, but I’ll share those later.

Cindy was one of the first people my wife and I met some twenty years ago when we were new in town and were shopping for a new church. Her self-deprecating humor along with her honesty and truthfulness made her our instant friend. Things rocked along as they always do and as time went on, we counted Cindy as one of the many close contacts we have come to hold so dear.
