Visitation for family and friends was at the Zion Hill Baptist Church, Hwy 167 in Williana, LA. Monday, October 11, at 10:00 a.m. Burial followed in the church cemetery following the visitation at 11:00 a.m.

Jeannette Smith Raines, a force to be reckoned with, passed away on October 6, 2021, at the age of 64 after suffering from a brief and unexpected illness.
