Early voting for the Nov. 3 General Election begins Tuesday, Oct. 13, and Grimes County will have three early voting locations open. If you didn’t register to vote by Monday, Oct. 5, then you are not eligible to vote in the current election.

Nearly 100 cars, trucks, and motorcycles hit Grimes County highways and county roads Saturday, Oct. 3, as part of the Nationwide MAGA Drag the Interstate rally. According to national organizers, the MAGA (Make American Great Again) Drag is “a grassroots assemblage celebrating our amazing country, its hardwon history, our veterans and those still fighting to defend our freedom today.”
