ANDERSON — A budget presentation for the proposed $60 million bond was detailed by Ryan Adkins, a business development associate for Gallagher Construction Services at the Oct. 21 school board meeting. Adkins said he wanted to break down the budget because there have been a lot of questions as to how the bond committee got to the amount of a $60 million bond proposal.
